A significant challenge for CDI programs is determining an optimal rate of provider queries. Excessive queries distract providers from patient care, lead to over-diagnosis and degrade data quality. In this webinar, we’ll examine the effects of queries on providers and when to issue them.

Topics covered include the impact of queries upon providers and patients, a broader role for CDI specialists beyond issuing queries, how to create a more successful program for data quality enhancement.

This webinar is approved for 2.0 AAPC CEUs which are accepted by AHIMA and ACDIS.  (expiration date of CEUs: April 30, 2026)

Recording is available for 90 days after date of purchase.
